Poster designs for an annual convention for medical professionals. Large size posters with photography require high resolution images and a lot of computer horsepower as file sizes are huge - usually in the hundreds of megabytes. Posters were created using client supplied stock photography and custom images and were created entirely in Adobe Photoshop.
