With each submission via our rate request forms free logo book request, and/or e-mail sent to our rates auto-responder you will be sent 1 (ONE) e-mail to the address provided in order to supply you with our rates, and access instructions to our 'Client Only Access Area'. Any further e-mail communication will be on a one-to-one basis, regarding project, payment or other TLF/client issues and/or design information.

Certain areas of our site may, from time to time, require registration for access. This registration process will require the use of your valid e-mail address for identity confirmation. This is a 'one time' only process. Password retrieval may require additional e-mail contact.

The Logo Factory does not use any submitted contact information to solicit any business from current, potential or previous clients through unsolicited e-mail, other than specific material and/or information requested where e-mail is the method of delivery.
