By utilizing THE LOGO FACTORY INC. (Canada) web site (TheLogoFactory.ca), design services and/or submitting a project via e-mail, phone fax or in person, to THE LOGO FACTORY INC. you (“THE CLIENT”) agree to the Terms and Conditions of Use (“TERMS AND CONDITIONS”) as outlined below. Please acquaint yourself with out TERMS AND CONDITIONS before submitting any order for artwork, logo design or multi-media design (“THE PROJECT”). If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions, you may not use THE LOGO FACTORY INC. design services, studio or web site(s). In the context of these TERMS AND CONDITIONS, preliminary designs “PRELIMINARY DESIGN(s)” refers to the first set of logo/artwork concept(s) presented to THE CLIENT by THE LOGO FACTORY INC. as part of THE PROJECT. In the context of these TERMS AND CONDITIONS, design revisions ("REVISION(S)”) shall refer to changes to PRELIMINARY DESIGNS and/or new artwork, within THE PROJECT’s original client brief, and AFTER presentation of PRELIMINARY DESIGNS. In the context of these TERMS AND CONDITIONS, final designs (“FINALS(S)”) shall refer to the artwork and/or logo design that the CLIENT has approved as a completed artwork, and the artwork that CLIENT wishes to take delivery of, as well as obtain copyright transfer of (if applicable). The Logo Factory (Canda) Inc. believes strongly in safeguarding your, and our, privacy online and has a strictly enforced privacy policy. Please read the following policy before utilizing our auto-responder, project submission forms and/or mail accounts, to understand how your personal information will be treated. This policy may change from time to time so please check back periodically.

Any information submitted to The Logo Factory Inc. on behalf of other individuals must be done with their prior consent. We will assist in the investigation of any fraudulent mail account usage or 'forging' including our own accounts.

The Logo Factory does not make any client e-mail addresses, contact information or other shared information available to ANY third party or mailing list companies. We do not assemble mailing lists of any kind. The e-mail that you supply will be used only to supply information that you have specifically requested. More

Marketing policies
We originally thought that is was kind of silly to point this out. After all - doesn't everybody who's claiming to design logos and corporate brands swear off clip? Apparently not. It is, unfortunately, a technique used by many firms advertising 'quickie' logo design, especially those found exclusively on the internet. Accordingly, we've decided to make an official policy regarding the use of clip art and so-called logo templates - and about the fact that the use of same is completely taboo in our studio.

The Logo Factory Canada DOES NOT utilize clip art, templates, 'pre-made logos', 'recycled designs' or material generated by DYI logo design software in ANY of our logo design packages. All design work and corporate identity material made available through our studio is designed from scratch, and every piece of artwork is unique to every project using client's submitted project profiles. All material on our galleries and portfolios are ACTUAL project samples. Any 'archive' material and stock logos made available for purchase is marked clearly as such, featured on specific sites and priced with the appropriate discount. All our clients can rest assured that The Logo Factory is a Clip Art, logo template and Copycat Free Zone. More
