Our staff will take your rough sketches and/or low-resolution files and manually render them into professional digital artwork using the latest in illustration and design software. We'll create hi-resolution digital formats of your logo, create colour palettes (Pantone Matching System or CMYK colours) and prep files for traditional, web and electronic use (like most of The Logo Factory's 'premium' design packages, our rush render packages also include a full file format bundle). Should you wish us to make a few design changes, not a problem. Our rush render packages even include a revision round, so you'll end up with the desired result. This is the fastest delivery of ANY of our logo and design services.

Getting your logo in 3 hours. Some restrictions

In order to streamline our rush logo render service, there are several restrictions as to what we can, and cannot, accomplish in the 3 hour window available. Our rush service does not include any conceptual work - we need to work from initial material supplied by you. Accordingly, you can utilize our rush services for any of the following types of projects:

Formatting & Redraw
If you already have a logo and wish to have it cleaned up, 'modernized', a name change added, or simply a selection of the proper file formats. Your original artwork can be in the form of printed material and/or digital files.

Artwork Changes & Cleanup
If you have low-resolution files of your logo and require high-resolution versions, or you wish to change colours or typography on an old printed version of your design. We'll render your tatty artwork into pristine vector based artwork - suitable for any media application.

Rendering From Sketches
In some instances, you may already have semi-final artwork - ie: sketches or doodles - of your logo ideas. If that's the case, The Logo Factory can 'render' these sketches into professionally formatted logo artwork complete with complementary typography, accents and Pantone Matching System colour schemes. We can then supply you with a full range pf professional file formats, suitable for every web and print application. How rush logo render work - steps to take

Rush logo render - Step 1
Decide whether your project qualifies for a logo design or a logo repair project (we can only accept projects that would normally qualify for a logo repair for a 3 hour turnaround). Take a look at our logo repair or logo design feature to help you determine your requirements. You can also contact us for clarification or assistance.

Rush logo render - Step 2
Once you've determined that your particular project can be handled as a logo repair project, you'll need to submit your files and/or sketches for assessment. If we're going to commit to a 3 hour turnaround, our designers have to assess the feasibility of doing so. You can download our assessment forms here or you can contact us for instructions how to send your digital files. If we're unable to complete your rush render in the 3 hour time frame, we'll suggest alternative solutions. If we've determined that we can complete your project in the three hour window, we'll ask you to submit payment via our online order forms.

Rush logo render - Step 3
Within 3 (three) hours after submission of project approval and payment, our designers will post preliminary designs of your new logo on our Factory Floor client area. You can login, request revisions and finally sign-off on your new logo. Once we've received your sign-off, our designers will create a bundle of file formats- professional print and web files that you can utilize in practically every application - which can then be downloaded from your client page.

Rush logo render - what it isn't

Our rush render service is not a design package. Rather than developing design concepts 'from scratch', our designers require some form of original artwork to work from. In the case of our rush render package, that means a minimum of digital artwork, a hard copy of a pre-printed logo or a fairly developed sketch or doodle. If you want us to design a logo from scratch, you'll need to submit a custom logo design project. What we can work with

To complete a rush render, we can work with almost any digital format, as well as hard copies of pre-printed design. What you get

A rush render includes the re-rendering of your logo and delivery of a full file format bundle. You'll end up with all the digital files you require, including the formats that you can use for all your advertising and marketing, your web site and other electronic media. Included are:

Vector based formats
EPS (Encapsulated Postscript). The vector based source files of any design by The Logo Factory. This is a editable and scalable version of your new logo from which anyone can create all other formats and image types. This file is generally the format used by quality printers. For colour matching accuracy of spot colour logos, we use the Pantone Matching System (PMS). For print colour reference, Pantone colour Guides are available at better local printers. Resolution: Unlimited.

Bitmap formats
JPG files: - Industry standard for the distribution of high-quality images, while still remaining small enough in file size for bandwidth and download speed concerns. Can be either CMYK or RGB. Supplied in multiple resolutions - 300 DPI (print production and/or special FX) to 72 DPI (web site and other electronic reproduction). Resolution: Varied. 300 dpi (PX) Print, 72 dpi (PX) for electronic.

Black & white grayscale formats
A black and white grayscale version of your logo is a version that is made up of tones which are in turn made up from varying sizes of black dots. A grayscale version of your logo is suitable for BW print reproduction, resolution permitting. This version of your logo will be supplied in vector and bitmap formats.

Black & white linear formats
A black and white linear version of your logo is a version that is made up of solid black. There are no half-tones (screens) or grays. This is the best type of logo for use on low-resoluton reproduction. This version of your logo will be supplied in vector and bitmap formats.

When submitting your rush render project, you can order stationery design at the same time as part of a PLUS package & save $95.00. Rush render PLUS package includes stationery design for an additional $100.00 charge (regular price $195.00). Features letterhead, business card (up to four individual's cards) and envelope design. Our stationery design package includes design proposals, revisions and final file formats - everything you'll need to print professional and eye-catching business material.

Stationery design portion of the project will be started once logo is repaired and finalized. Please note - stationery is NOT delivered within a 3 hour timeframe. Delivery of preliminary stationery artwork is according to our standard stationery design packages. All items in the stationery package are delivered in print-ready EPS format impositions. Purchase of a rush render PLUS package is offered as an option after project submission.
